Starting with Vermont apples, this cider maker crafts intriguing creations ranging from wild-yeast fermented sour styles to dry, lager-style cider. We’re lucky to have them at Cheese Bar Friday, November 2nd, where they’ll be pouring their exclusive “Vermonter” cider, previously only released in Vermont.
